How do you find books in the library that fit your needs? Each student computer has the library catalog on the desktop. Look for the icon that has a set of books with a magnifying glass and OPAC label. The difference between subject and keywords can help in your searching.
Subject searches follow the formal method of cataloging books. For example a subject search of automobiles brings up many options but a subject search of cars brings up nothing because automobiles is the correct term in cataloging.
Keyword searches look for that word in all areas of the cataloging including the title and summary.
