San Francisco Public Library has an e-card which allows you to access their databases for free! All you have to do is go to the site, provide a valid California address and you have access to all of the electronic resources. While we now have the Global Issues in Context database and many databases available via the Milpitas Public Library, SFPL has even more and you don't have to go into the library to get a number.
