Last night I sang to the monster by Benjamin Alire Sáenz--This is an intense read. Zach is in rehab but he doesn't remember how he got there. We follow him on his journey to sobriety and coming to terms with what brought him to this place. I liked this book but it's not an easy read at all. I had to wipe away some tears, take a few deep breaths and just put it aside at times. It's worth the journey though.
