Rules of Attraction by Simone Elkeles--Fans of Elkeles' Perfect Chemistry will love this sequel that brings Alex's brother Carlos to Colorado and follows his journey.  Carlos would rather be back in Mexico or Chicago with the gang and nowhere near Kiara the daughter of the Alex's college professor that he ends up living with.  Kiara gets under his skin and makes him question what he really wants from a girl and his life.  Another winner in the teen romance without making it too easy.
