A Billion Reasons Why by Kristin Billerbeck--Katie is going to marry her boyfriend Dexter, but she wants her grandmother's engagement ring for him to propose.  The problem is the ring is in New Orlean's where she used to live but left after a very public breakup.  Luc DeForges played a part in her leaving Louisiana and now he wants to play a part in getting her back.  His brother's wedding is the perfect excuse...will Katie end up with Dexter or will Luc win?
