It Gets Better is a series of essays based on You Tube videos that were uploaded beginning in the fall of 2010 to combat bullying of gay teens that led to a rash of suicides. President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Ellen deGeneres, David Sedaris and Tim Gunn are some of the celebrity contributors to the book. Included are essays from young and old that have survived the bullying and put down of being an LGBT youth.
