Perfectly Ridiculous by Kristin Billerbeck continues the story of  Daisy Crispin.  Daisy has graduated from high school and she and her best friend have the perfect plan for summer, a trip to Argentina.  When the scholarship for her private college requires missionary work, she decides to combine it with her trip to Argentina.  As always, nothing goes smoothly for Daisy.  A light-hearted, fun, romantic read.
