Wild Cards by Simone Elkeles (author of Perfect Chemistry series). This newest book by Elkeles once again pairs an unlikely couple together. Derek. kicked out of private school, ends up in Chicago living with his step mother and her family because he has no where else to go. Ashtyn, elected as Captain of her football team, loses her boyfriend and can't figure out why Derek's presence annoys her so much. The two of them have their own flaws and issues to work through but coming together creates some fun teenage romance reading.
