With SORA app the terminology changed: 

• School is SANTA CLARA COUNTY SCHOOLS DIGITAL Collection
• Use pull down menu to select: Milpitas High Students Or Milpitas High Staff
• Library Card Number is MUSD username without the email address (student example: mm12345)
• Pin is the password used to get onto chromebooks
