Are your cameras ready?

Wild Card--Judges choice for a picture where you are reading.  This could be your lucky category if you keep your camera handy while on vacation next week. 

Who do you find interesting?  Snap their picture reading during winter break and you could enter the library photo contest in the Most Interesting People Reading category.

Staying close to home over vacation?  Get creative and take a picture reading for the library photo contest for the Most Creative Location category. 

Do you have Winter Break travel plans?  Why not snap a picture reading and enter the photo in the Most Exotic Location category for the library photo contest?

Second Annual Library Photo Contest:

Monday Morning Book Review--Beauty Queens

Beauty Queens by Libba Bray--Once again Libba Bray has taken a story on a wild twisted journey.  When a plane with beauty contestants crashes on a "deserted" island, the girls have to figure out how to survive.  But nothing on this island is quite what it seems...this is Lost meets Survivor meets MTV reality shows.  You have to read it for yourself to follow Bray's intriguing story.  Anyone who likes a complicated story that takes interesting twists will enjoy Beauty Queens.
